Returns Information

You can return your item via our portal within 60 days of the date your order was delivered. Please note, all items must be in the original packaged condition in order for us to accept your return. If your order is returned to us without all of the original packaging, your exchange or refund will not be processed.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for, earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Shipping paid on returned items is non-refundable.

VENTR will only reimburse the return shipping in the event that a wrong item was sent to the recipient.

Please allow up to 14 Days for refund to show in account transaction. As soon as we have received your returned item, our team will process the refund within 24 hours.
