Please note, all items must be in the original packaged condition in order for us to accept your return. If your order is returned without all of the original packaging, your return or exchange will not be processed.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for earrings due to hygiene purposes, all earrings sales are final.We do not currently cover postage for any returns.

We advise sending your item under a tracked service & always keep your proof of postage should it be lost during transit.

We have extended our return period to 30 days from the date your order was delivered. We cannot accept responsibility for any items sent back to us outside of this timeframe and cannot guarantee you will receive your items back. Send back complete order with order ID to:
